Rates

The initial appointment is $250 for a 60-minute intake. Subsequent appointments are $250 for 50-minute meetings.

Insurance

I am a licensed psychologist and an out-of-network provider for all insurance carriers. If your health plan has out-of-network benefits and you choose to use those benefits, I will give you a receipt to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.

Insurance that includes out-of-network benefits often reimburses some percentage of fees. I encourage all clients to contact their insurance so that you can fully understand the specific benefits your plan offers. When calling it will be helpful to ask if you have out-of-network benefits, any deductible for out-of-network benefits you must meet, and the dollar reimbursement amount for the codes that will be billed.

Payment

I accept cash, check, and some methods of electronic payment (Zelle or Venmo). Payment is due at the time of service.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel an appointment, please do so 48 hours in advance. Unless there is an emergency, you will be expected to pay the full session fee for missed appointments that are not cancelled within 48 hours of the appointment. This is necessary because a time commitment is made to you and is held exclusively for you.
